PATRICK FORET
"Principal and Lead Consultant at Cultural Enterprise Limited, Patrick brings extensive experience in the arts and creative industries. Notably, he has held key roles at influential organizations such as Art Basel, the world's leading contemporary art show; TDIC, the Abu Dhabi government entity in charge of the Louvre and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi museums; Aorist, a groundbreaking cultural institution merging art and technology; as well as a wide variety of art ventures in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. These experiences have given him in-depth knowledge and understanding of the international art world, complemented by a powerful network of thought leaders and cultural experts.

During his tenure as Director of Business Initiatives and Partnerships at Art Basel (2010–2020), Patrick played a pivotal role in expanding the organization globally. His achievements include making a significant contribution to the launch of Art Basel in Hong Kong, spearheading and building the Global Art Basel partnership program, negotiating the UBS and Art Basel Art Market Report, and creating and executing the Art Basel Cities program in Buenos Aires.

Previously, Patrick served as the Business Manager for the Louvre Abu Dhabi and The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi (2008–2010). In this capacity, he represented the government of the United Arab Emirates, leading negotiations and managing ambitious international cultural partnership programs with esteemed organizations such as the Louvre Museum, the British Museum, and the Guggenheim Foundation.

Patrick is a dual citizen of France and Australia, holding permanent residency in Hong Kong. He contributes to the arts globally by driving funding to cultural initiatives while serving as a consultant and advisor for private organizations, government entities, and select brands committed to driving impact through arts.
